Refund Policy
We want you to love your Cartza purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of order delivery, under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
Returns must be requested via email at hello@cartza.in with your order number and reason
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Replacements (If applicable)
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cartza.in with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement if eligible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method
it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider

Gift cards or downloadable items
Any product returned in used/damaged condition
